• VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) telephony uses the internet to make and
receive phone calls using a broadband Internet connection instead of a
standard phone line
• Using MicroTalk Hosted PBX services you don't need a traditional PBX
installed in your office.
• Incoming calls are answered and routed by our servers to any phone,
wherever it is. So you can have a switchboard that is routing sales calls to
Halifax and technical support calls to Hanover, and all intercompany (OnNet)
calls are free.
• The Call Quality is excellent as it is just a “single Hop” to our Gateway and
then traditional termination to the called party
• Calls are terminated via multiple Tier-1 routes, delivering excellent call
quality and redundancy using dynamic route selection.
• Calls are billed in one second increments (1/1)
