What has Occurred So Far
• Geothermal Testing
• Archeological Study
• Environmental Studies – Phase I & II
• Geotechnical Services
a. Soil borings start in December 2010.
b. Geotechnical Company will be onsite for approximately a week with their
equipment.
c. Soil samples help determine the bearing capacity of the soil for the new
building.
d. All soil borings will be back-filled onsite by Geotech Company.
• Program of Requirements
a. Design team, CCS, and schools have reconciled the program for the project.
b. Basic massing studies of the building.
c. Site Analysis.
