In this demo, we are glad to present our product in the form of a series of screen-shots. It gives the
feel of how the software looks like and also help you evaluate its features. Many slides of this
PowerPoint presentation are commented for easy understanding. Please watch the show at its own

Let’s start with the menu bar.
The main menu items are:
1. System: Software setup related functions such as setting the
data source, adding customized form numbers for reports,
changing the login password, deleting unwanted/erroneous
data from tables, and to exit the software .
2. Master Databases: Data entry modules for adding /
modifying records in various master tables such as instrument
master, supplier master etc.
3. Transaction Logs: Data entry modules for device issue,
receipt, and calibration/inspection data entry.
4. Queries and Reports: Report generation modules for
content listing of various master tables, device issue/receipt
logs, calibration/inspection schedules and reports, and R &R
study reports.
5. About: Software version, license related information, etc.
Menu: Master Databases
There are master tables for users, work stations,
suppliers / service providers, calibration /
inspection reference documents, measuring
devices (instruments, gauges, inspection jigs
etc.), and the R & R studies undertaken by the
users.
You can also set the drop-down list entries.
For example, if you define the instrument groups
here, you need not type it again when you enter
the transaction data, ensuring structured data
entry and less repetitive typing.
Note: Access to various data entry modules is
restricted on the basis of user privileges. For
example, a normal user can modify the records of
his / her instruments only. But the administrator
has access to all data. Again, a ‘guest’ cannot
modify any data; he/she can only view the
reports.

For structured recording of
calibration readings, you can define
data templates once, and this will be
used by technicians when they
perform the in-house calibration jobs.

Menu: Transaction Logs
Here you can keep record of issue,
receipt, calibration / inspection of a
device for its entire Lifecycle (i.e., from
the time you receive a device from the
supplier to the time you scrap it after
many years of use).
Device issue/receipt data entry is very
helpful for tracking the movement of
devices.
Calibration / inspection data entry
allows you to enter the calibration /
inspection readings so that you could
generate calibration / inspection
reports later. These reports are very
essential for compliance to ISO9001
and the like.
Note: Electronic data keeping is
permitted under ISO9001:2000.

Menu: Queries and Reports
This is the best part of any
software, including ours.
The report modules of this
software gives you a number of
options for including / excluding
various data filters so that you get
the information you want.
You can generate over 45 reports.
You may also define format
number for any report (if required
by your ISO9001 QMS)
In case you want to add a brief
note in the report before printing,
there is provision for that as well.

measuring devices in the data base. This offer includes product support for six (6) months and THREE major upgrades

customer, and chargeable (nominal fee) for additional users.
LITE Edition (Product Code: S0005B) of this software costs US$ 87 (Indian
Rupees 4900) only per LAN license.
Note: One LAN license of Lite edition covers unlimited number of users (maximum of 255 concurrent user logins) connected
to a Windows-based Local Area Network at one location of the company. However, you can add a maximum of twenty
(20) measuring devices only in the data base. This offer includes product support for three (3) months and TWO major
upgrades (i.e., version 2.xx to version 4.xx). Lite edition is generally suitable for tiny organizations. We also offer user
training in Kerala (India). It is chargeable (nominal fee) for every user deputed by the customer.
You can migrate from Lite to Standard edition by paying the price difference within 3 months of purchasing the Lite edition.
